A download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you straight away. Nothing is shipped.

What paper size are the printables?

Every file contains both US Letter and A4 pages, so you can print anywhere in the world.

Can I print more than one copy?

Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own pets, as often as you like.

Do they work for cats as well as dogs?

Yes. The health record, sitter instructions and checklist cover both. The training planner is for puppies.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, but if something is wrong with a file, email support@catdogpaw.com and we'll fix it or refund you.
