Refund Policy

All CatDogPaw products are digital downloads. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final.

If something goes wrong

We want you to actually be able to use what you bought. If your download link does not work, the file will not open, or you were charged twice, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

Printing

Every file includes both US Letter and A4 pages, so it prints correctly on standard home printers worldwide. If a page prints at the wrong size, set your printer to "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page" before requesting a refund.
